Record to date: 8-2-PS

May 25th game, well, we didn't play are best but we finished the season out with a 8-2-PS record which is great! I couldn't be prouder of our team this year. Look forward to a great season next year hope to see you all playing for me again in the following season. In addition, look at the total runs 169 and total runs aloud 131. Just a note for you parents, T-Ball games are normally consist of only one run difference, with the point spread you see above well, it just says it all about our defense. We by far were the best defensive team around. In closing I would like to say, "Wayyyy To Go Braves"

May 23rd game, what can I say about this game, we out played and out coach them sums it up short story. Long story, they thought some of are players were easy, like Ryan at 1st base, they tried to steal 2nd base on my girl power, what was that coach thinking! Ryan made the throw to Xavier, Xavier made the tag and the runner was out. Then there was the batting, we had lots of good hits all at the right time and in the 5th inning the bases got loaded for Michael's grand slam to finish them off for the game winning runs. The Braves made the plays that counted and put the Longhorns away 15 14 win.

May 20th game, what a game, 2 inning a protest was filed for the umpire making a judgment rule, and it only got worst from there. Commissioner was informed the game was being played under protest. So I will have to let you know what comes of this game.

May 19th game, what a game, so many ups and downs I almost got lost in the moment! Defensively our 2nd inning was by far the best inning played, we produced a shut-out inning and in T-Ball that just doesn't happen much. Then in the 5th inning we stopped the Benbrook Astros from scoring at the right time to hold them to a 14 run game. Offensively the Braves bat just didn't show up at all, with only 3 homeruns which is below are average per game homeruns of 6, we made base hits which still gave us the win with 15 runs scored.

May 9th game, another well played game, the Braves with only a few errors but, for the most part the plays looked great! Kept the ball defensively in front of lead runners, with only one error throwing behind the runner. The Braves stopped the Rangers to 1 run 1st inning, 3 runs 3rd inning. Offensively we looked great only 1st inning was slow we still scored 4 runs. The rest of the innings played we scored all 5 runs, with several home runs for the night.

May 6th Rained out to be rescheduled.?

May 5th Rained out to be rescheduled.?

April 29th Rained out to be rescheduled. ?

April 25th game, well, we didn't do as good this game however, the protest was granted giving us the win. The coaches have decided that in cold weather our kids get a case of brain freeze and just stop thinking. They played good just made the wrong plays. Several times we had them in the hot seat and let them get away.

April 21st game, we were down from the start well at least player numbers, with only 9 players we took an out on the 10th batter and still managed to win. This was the sloppiest win I believe I have ever seen. We had players in position they had not practiced in and had to jumble the batting order up like never before. It worked barely. We won't mention the umpiring, OH I guess I just did. lol enough said.

April 11th game, Braves were back they played just like the Braves I have seen time and time again. WE BAD TO THE BONE this night. The Benbrook Angels didn't stand a chance against that kind of defense. Late in the game I was just trying to get them to leave the little bats alone and get the bigger batters. Defensively all I can stay is, we made every throw and made every tag. Offensively, the score speaks for its self, 4 innings played at 5 runs an inning with a final score of 20, with about 4 homeruns during this game (clean homeruns). Two of the 4 innings played the Angels had 2 outs and still couldn't stop the Braves. WAY TO GO BRAVES! The Angels did play good, good job Angels

April 8th game, what can I say about this game besides this, we didn't play like the Braves I have seen before. Early Saturday morning and cold didn't help us, almost everyone on the team seemed to be asleep still. Oh well we will get them the next time. They do have a loss all so to the Benbrook Astros so we are still in there.

April 1st game, we just keep getting better and better! Our bats once again swing hard and true, placing the hits where we needed them, the 3 inning at bat the players were told hit where you like and they did great! Defensibly we were on top from the beginning of game, allowing only one run in the first inning with a shut-out in the second inning. The 3rd inning we moved players around to give them some runs, as not to leave the Kennedale team with only 1 run. Once again the Braves had a great game and as I am sure I speak for the other coaches as well, we had an excellent game.

March 27th game, well two words "just outstanding!" Our bats were swing and we were making hard hits, and the placements for the most part were great. First inning defense was a little slow, then 2nd came along and we made key defense plays like a mustang team with only a few mistakes, then there was the 3rd inning one word to sum it up "WOW" a shut out inning at the top of their batting order. All of the players made it happen and all at the right time. We have a few things to work on but all in all the defense which at T-Ball level is hard to come by was most definitely there for this game. In closing, coaches are very proud of you guys, way to go Braves!
